Provider and scope
The provider is Vlad Bellomorski, VirtuaWorx.Net Services, Gumpendorfer Strasse 140, 1060 Vienna, Austria, UID ATU75839407. Contact: support@virtuaworx.net. Vlad is Vienna-based and works remotely from Vienna for clients in Germany, Austria and Switzerland (DACH), Bulgaria and the rest of the European Union.
These plain-English terms cover technical assessment, WordPress and Joomla repair, WooCommerce troubleshooting, security hardening and maintenance when included in the offer accepted by the client. Individually agreed terms take precedence to the extent legally permitted; mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.
A free enquiry is not a paid order
Submitting the enquiry form or sending an initial message is free and does not book chargeable work. Paid technical investigation is distinct from that first scope discussion. Before paid work starts, the offer identifies the service, deliverables, known constraints, price or charging basis, tax treatment and payment arrangements. An engagement begins when the client and provider accept that offer, for example by email.
Website starting prices are not a fixed quote for an unseen incident. A response-time commitment, deadline or guaranteed result applies only where expressly agreed. An urgent enquiry alone does not create a 24/7 support obligation.
Authorization and access
The client must own the affected website or be authorized to request the proposed work and grant the necessary access. The client supplies relevant symptoms, recent changes and known restrictions, and identifies anyone else changing the site. Access should be limited to what the job needs, shared through an agreed secure channel and revoked or rotated after handover. Do not put credentials or customer records in the initial enquiry form.
If access is missing, unsafe or outside the client's authority, the affected work pauses while the parties clarify it. Any effect on scope, timing or charges is discussed before additional paid work proceeds.
Backups, live changes and rollback
Before changes, both parties establish what backups exist, who is responsible for taking and checking them, whether a staging environment is available and how rollback can be attempted. The client preserves available backups and logs, discloses gaps and coordinates other changes; the provider checks the agreed recovery precautions and explains material risks before proceeding.
A backup is not assumed to be complete, clean or restorable merely because it exists. Where a safe recovery path is unavailable, the parties agree whether to stop, investigate further or proceed with clearly explained limitations. This does not transfer the provider's responsibility for careful work to the client.
Scope changes, price and payment
The accepted offer defines what is included and excluded. New failures, hidden compromise, unsupported software or requested additions can require a revised scope. The provider explains the finding and obtains agreement on additional work and its charging basis before carrying it out.
The agreed offer sets the price or rate, applicable VAT or other tax treatment, invoicing stages and payment terms. No universal payment deadline or automatic extra charge is imposed by this page. If work cannot continue, the parties clarify completed work, useful findings, remaining access and any amount due under the agreement and applicable law.
Testing and handover
The provider checks the affected functions within the agreed scope and reports changes, test results, known limitations and recommended next steps. The client provides business-specific test cases and checks functions that require their own account, payment-provider or operational knowledge. Live payment tests require explicit coordination.
Report a suspected defect with the affected URL, steps and available error details so it can be investigated. Handover or a client's test does not waive statutory warranty rights. Incident cleanup cannot by itself guarantee recovery of lost data, removal of every historical compromise or prevention of future attacks.
Maintenance and third-party services
Ongoing updates, monitoring, backups, response coverage, renewal and cancellation arrangements apply only as agreed in a maintenance offer. A one-off repair does not include indefinite monitoring or future fixes.
Hosting, domains, plugins, themes and payment services remain subject to their respective providers' terms and licences. The offer identifies any third-party purchases or subscriptions needed for the work and who arranges them. No licence transfer or continuing third-party fee is implied by a repair price. Third-party outages or unsupported components may limit the available remedy; the provider explains those dependencies rather than promising control over them.
Confidentiality and personal data
Non-public technical, business and access information received for the engagement is treated confidentially and used for the agreed work, subject to necessary service-provider involvement and legal duties. The client should minimize personal data shared and use test data where practical.
If the work involves processing personal data on the client's behalf, the parties establish the necessary instructions, safeguards and data-processing agreement before that access. The Datenschutz / Privacy notice separately describes this website's enquiries, hosting and analytics.
Statutory rights and liability
Statutory warranty and liability rules apply. These terms do not introduce a blanket liability exclusion, a financial cap or a waiver of rights for personal injury, intentional conduct or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Technical limitations and third-party dependencies do not remove responsibility for the provider's own obligations.
Mandatory consumer protections remain in force, including applicable distance-contract information and withdrawal rights. The enquiry form is not a checkout and does not request early performance or waive withdrawal rights. Where a consumer engagement requires further statutory information or an express request to start during a withdrawal period, that is handled separately before paid work begins. Nothing here chooses an exclusive court or removes protections that apply in the consumer's country.
