What the support form collects
Your name, email address, affected website URL, problem description and urgency are required. CMS, hosting, backup, access and budget details are optional. A selected service category may be included. Please do not submit credentials, customer records, payment data or database exports.
Purpose and legal basis
We process enquiries to respond, assess contract requests and plan agreed work (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)); to prevent abuse and operate the service securely (Art. 6(1)(f)); and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Hosting, email and retention
Web hosting and email service providers may receive necessary technical or contact data. Server logs can record IP addresses and request metadata. The actual provider identities, processing locations and detailed retention schedule must be confirmed for the deployed environment. Enquiries should be retained only as long as necessary for correspondence, contracts, legal duties and proportionate claim management.
Cookies and third-party resources
There is currently no analytics, advertising or embedded social-media tracking on the site. One necessary cookie (vwx_cookie_notice) can retain acknowledgement of the cookie information notice for up to 180 days. The LinkedIn and GitHub references are normal outbound links.
Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to applicable processing. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
Before deployment
Legal draft only. Confirm the real hosting/mail providers, international transfers, retention, mail-server setup and any privacy implications of security logging before publishing.
